Recipe below: I've always been a fan of the standard grilled corn with butter and herbs🌽 . However, I wanted to do something a little bit different...and I thought to myself, why not add some chili oil to the recipe? 💡 What better way to celebrate my love for grilled corn and Asian spices 🌶 than to combine the two together??? 💚 For this recipe, I've decided to team up with Lee Kum Kee to bring you guys this delicious and simple side dish that can be whipped up in just 30 minutes from start to finish! ▪6 tablespoons butter
▪6 ears corn🌽
▪3-4 tablespoons of chili oil
▪Garlic salt and pepper to taste
▪Preheat an outdoor grill for medium high heat and spray it with some oil
▪Peel back the corn husks and remove the silk
▪Slightly melt the butter for about 10 sec and combine it with the chili oil
▪Slather the corn with the butter chili mixture
▪Add some garlic salt and pepper to taste
▪Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil and place them on the grill
▪Grill until the corn is tender (about 25-30 minutes). Remember to turn frequently!
▪Chop up some fresh cilantro and sprinkle it on top (optional)
